Name: Worried Mom My son in 9 yrs. old and has started bedwetting for the last 2 months. we ensure that he goes to toilet once just before getting to bed and also i wake him up at around 2-3 midnight and send him to toilet. still in the morning he wakes up with a wet pant. could it be any kind of insecured feeling because i have now got another child who is 1 year old and most of my time is taken away by the little one. PLS HELP ME.

This is an old thread but one thing no-one said was that exercise is important for gut motility. All the green veg and pear juice will be limited in their effectiveness if the kid isn't very physically active (just walking more and driving less helps!)
