Hi all,

Now that we're well into Feb, I/m sure allt eh Jan babies will be out of the belly and in the world. How have all moms and babies been doing? Are any of you following any special diet? Anyone going for massages? How are you'll doing with the diaper changes, feeds, baby baths, etc? Waiting to hear how each one has been doing - from the lack of inactivity on this board, i gather everyone is busy (me included), but do write in when you'll get the chance.

As for me, have been doing fine after my c-section. I don't have anyone (mom or mom in law) to help around , but luckliy for me, hubby takes care of baby's diaper changes, burps, baths, cooking, etc. so I have been having lots of time to relax. It does get tiring nonetheless, not to mention the emotional outbursts I had fora couple of days (come to think of it, I don't know why I would get emotional, is that what they call the baby blues? - anyway am out of it now) and am enjoying time with my baby boy. He is already 4 weeks old now.

I am doing alright and my baby as well. Life has been very busy since he has arrived. Feeding, diapering and taking care of him taking all my time and energy. He is already two months old now..time is flying away like anything :))...Yesterday he got his first round of shots..he cried a lot... it was hurting him so badly..poor thing :'(..Now he has started cooing and smiling when I talk to him :))..It is such a wonderful experience.
I didn't have the baby blues or postpartum at all because my hubby and MIL had been sooo nice to me..now when she is gone back to India i miss her a lot. I feel really lucky to have Mom-in-law and hubby like that.

My body used to hurt a lot till 6th week but now I am okay..can't wait to go to India so that I can get proper postnatal massage.
