Working Mother:what to do? please help

I am a working mom with 4 years daughter.Presently we are living in a joint family setup but on seperate floor and kitchen also. My MIL is on seperate floor with my Brother in law & his wife. My daughter is being looked after by our maid with least efforts from MIL and no support system as such and no other child at home. The place we are presently living is not very good with no company for our daughter and no nearby park etc. We have a flat at a good place with all facilities and alot of children of her age group.We feel for overall development of our child we should shift to our flat but my MIL will not shift with us due to her attachment with her elder son. What should we do? kindly send your opinion in this regard.

Dear ss,

If your MIL is not shifting with you then whats the issue. Any which way, she doesnt make any efforts for your daughter or you. And if she wont shift then let her live with one of the sons. Whats the issue then? Live in your flat with hubby and kid and be merry.

I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
