How good is Green tea while ttc ?

Dear Swapana,
you both may take green tea while ttc. No concerns! If you are not satisfied with what Mithu said why not to speak to your own Dr. When you don't know side effects one should not question so much. Remember millions don't even know they ttc and get pregnant and also deliver healthy baby without even thinking about if this is OK or not also not knowing does and don't. When green teas is meant to be healthy why would you question!

Green Tea is good for increasing ur total production of Cervical Mucus and and the fertile egg white cervical mucus.I myself used that ,n have seen increase in CM. U can drink one or 2 cup every day until ovulation and if u like the taste u can have it the whole cycle.

Yes, I read about all the good things happening while taking green tea. It mainly tells that it produces more anti-oxides in the body. Do you think these cause any harm while ttc? I didn't find anything about affects of taking green tea during pregnancy on the net. So, thought of posting this message.
