dear friend and Anjali,
Do not buy things on internet.
There are authentic vitamin shops or called drug store where they sale whole deal on managing cholesterol, triglycerides, carbs, proteins and the same place also sales fertility blends. Try to find there so that you know where you are getting it from, unlike internet some unknown place to you.
