My daughter is 1 year old and she has first two finger sucking habit. when ever she sits she keeps both the fingers in the mouth. Because of this , I noticed the upper two teeth are coming forward.

Iam looking for an advice to make her quit this habit.
Is there a medicine or gel kind of thing that I can apply on the fingers .

your dghtr is asking for your personal attention and is going thru anxty,,,its quite commn with 1year old n onwards with overloading of calories n nowhere to spend...give her lots of playtime nd make her time interesting enough that her hands are occupied,,like toys,playdough,playing with stacks,,or just a bear hug...
take care, make sure this doesnt continue,,or else it might happn that your child might not share with you her talks,,in future,,aftr all she looks upon you for everything,,so be with her..its normal so no worries,,

I can understand ur problem.....my daughter is 14 month old n still sucks her thumb.so i told her paed about dis problem.n asked her to tell me some tricks...but she said u can not help with it ...it will go by itself after some time called peer shock.although i tried neem oil on her thumb n she dont suck it for a whilebut after some she starts again.anyway i stopped it now bcoz i dont feel comfertable whenever i use neem oil.i feel like i m taking away the soothing feeling which she gets from it.so instead of dat i try to play with her or take her out .....so for some time she forgets it
and pls dont try to apply chilli or anything esle.....she is just baby.dont do something dat u will regret later.about the forward teeth...they r not permant so dont worry n best way to avoid it make her buzy .....or take her to the park..or day care ...
