Hi , We are trying for Baby from past 6 months but no results.
we have consulted a gyn. She suggested to go thru some tests. The tests included VDRL study for me and my husband, semens count for my husband and chest x-ray, some blood tests as well. All the test were positive.
She has asked me to go ahead with ovulation study.
I would like to know are these tests correct, or if one is unable to have a baby are these tests recommended in the sequence mentioned above.
my menstural cycles are normal. dont get any pains as well.
Past three months i had my periods 6 days before the date and last month it got delayed by a day. what does this indicate, is this normal? or its happening due to stress.
Please help.

Tests are fair enough. The order can change from Dr. to Dr. Your Dr. seem taking steps in correct manner.
Cycles looks disturbing due to you thinking too much about ttc issue.

Dear Archie,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Felt a little assured.
When is the best time during a month to have intercourse so that I can conceive. I normally get my periods 4 days before my date. Its normally at 26 days cycle.
Is position important. If yes, then which is the best position? Are there any dietary regulations that one shud follow.
Hope I get a reply to this soon. Thanks again. I feel there is some one to help me out.
