Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know how many minimum days we have to stay in hospital in India after normal delivery or after C-section....Some of my friends were saying in C-section minimum 7 days is compulsary......

Hi Ladies,
Just want to find out is it common to have leg pain in the midnight.
For last few days I am feeling pain in my leg and as I change my position it stop for that moment and then start again. Last night pain was reached till my hip..because of that I was not able to sleep..I had to get up to get some relief...

Hi Sonia,

Leg pain means that you are getting stressed out. Before going to bed, lie on a flat surface (floor is a good one), keep your legs up for ten mins. You can take the support of the wall or bed for this purpose. Repeat this everyday and you´ ll notice that leg pain just vanishes in a few days...

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
