Womens Issues:nail biting!!

Iam 26 years old married and have a habit of biting nails,because of this sometimes I have to get embarrased whenever somebody look at my hands..even my hubby does nt like that..i desperately need to get rid of ..but dont know what to do..i dont like wering rings/bangles beacuse of this coz if i wear that..people will definetely look at my hands..and also in my office..people make fun of me..
please suggest what to do..

I will say out of experience that getting rid of this habbit lies your will power.when i was in collage my friend told me that i can never grow nail,if i do she will give me Rs 500,for 4 months i tried my level best not to bite and i did my nail turned out long and it shaped it and applied nail polish and got my Rs 500.
so why dont you try and see.you will surely get good results.best of luck.
