Which time or month is best to buy winter clothes in sale especially jackets,sweaters in sears,burilgton coat factory and Macys. Thanks in advance.

Sale..no sale

Sale is a very doubtful thing, the big shops keep changing their tactics and coupons,discounts dont mean much.
What is a good idea is that you go to the shops to buy winter clothes after the season has passed. I have gotten a jacket worth 80$ for 35$ in april.
Same goes for walmart. They start putting their winter clothes clearance in march.
The good quality clothes always get pulled out and never come on sale. Only clothes which were introduced in market atleast 12,24 months ago and wont be in fashion next season really have true sale tags on them.
