Tony's suggestion is really Good.... in addition here i am giving you a Mantra and read it without sound and closed eyes. it will do wonder believe me.

sleeplessness

Try the foll.
1. Have a hot water oil bath just before u go to to bed. Wear fresh night clothes including fresh innerwear
2. Read your fav. magazine or book
3. Put on the headphones and listen to soft soothing music which u like (varies from person to person - some like classical, others like instrumental, etc)
4. Have a glass of warm milk mixed with honey before going to bed.
5. Last but not the least remove it from your mind that it is your PMS time It will work wonders...

I am sure some of these or all of these will help u sleep well.All the best. Take care of your health.
