hi! i m here again, though i posted my msg to u yesterday only. dont know y i have these mood swings. last week i was very busy with the gym workouts and trying to learn driving.
even this week im busy...but i dont feel like doing anything. just want to cry. it just dawned upon me that i have been trying for past 4 months without any solutions. have i been chosen for the nature's wrath? i dont know....all my friends conceived within 3 months of trying, most of them during the first try itself. have i become infertile after having a m/c?
last week i gained almost 10 pounds all of a sudden. cant even do rigorous exercise coz i dont know when i may get preg. my total life is a waste! cant believe how a single episode could change everything!!

pari. sonia replied. Dear pari....its ok if u write to me whenever u want. pari the mood swings r normal....one day im just fine and next day im not....the reason only people like u and i know.but dont worry dear this phase is just a passe.
its good dear friend that ur keeping yourself busy. if u feel like crying just do it. cry out loudly when u r alone . that will realease the tension. and then get on with your activities. Think of all the good things that u have got in life. And dont let negativity enter into your life. be positive.
why think about all that? infertility amd all...?/no dont think that way, u have tried only for 4 months. it WILL happen eventually. may be the delay is only for the right time to come....so that everything goes off well.some people get lucky early some have to wait.everyting has its time and our time will come soon. dont get disheartened thinking about other people. now even i have stopped thinking abt other people. it only gives u pain.so lets not concentrate on that.
think how beautiful will be the day when u will hold your little one in your arms .and how precious little one will be for u. and pari very soon u will conceive . i strongly feel that way.now u will not have to wait ling . u will see that. just try doning little prayer. if nothing atleast that gives some strenght to stride over this phase.

and ofcorse u may do rigourous exercise from the end of your periods till day 14 i.e. tilll the time u ovulate. thats perfectly fine.
ya pari take care .dont think about all rubbish things. make some friends. talking to people also helps divert mind. keep cool.your wait is nearing the end.
