Girls how much is your baby weighing?When i was in my 7th mth the US showed that he weighed 3lbs.i was surprised but everyone said it is normal for that mth&henceforth he wld pick up.Pls share your views too.

I guess 3 lbs in 7th month is Ok. I read in books that average babies will weigh 3 lbs by end of 7th month, 5 lbs by end of 8th month and 7 lbs by end of 9th month. So, you should be fine. I am not sure how much my baby is weighing. I had U/s only during my 5th month at that time baby was 1 lb 3 oz. How much is your fundal height measurement. Till 30 weeks, i used to measure exactly same as number of weeks. i.e I was measuring 30cm when i completed 30 weeks. But from past two visits, i started showing up more. Now, for 33 weeks I am showing 36 cms. My doc is doing U/S today and probably will know the weight of the baby.
Coming to baby movements, i too feel little less movements than 7th month, but not very less. He still keep moving inside a lot, some times I can also feel his feet. I am able to tell his feet, buttock. For me baby is still moving a lot. Try to keep a count on baby movements. If baby kicks 6 times in an hour, you should be OK, Probably if you are busy, you might not be noticing the movements also.

By the way, we celebrated vinayaka chaviti very well. My husband did the pooja. We also made palavelli and tied fruits to it. We almost arranged as we do in India. We called up some of our friends for lunch around 10 members. I was cooking from morning 7 to 12 in the noon. Though it was hectic, we enjoyed.. I took rest that day and the next day. So, I am fine after all that :)
