Will be joining office after maternal vacation. Plan to leave kid to the maid. What to check and care before leaving the kid to the maid.

Get a nanny cam. When you come home, you can just watch everything in fast forward every few days.

HI Kavya
Even i was in the same dilema sometime ago. Get a relative to keep dropping in during the day or maybe a neighbour to keep on the maid during the day. See if the baby is crying too much. But one look at your baby when u return home will tell u whether she is happy or not.. thats enough for u to know how she was kept during the day.
Also. make sure your maid is hygenic and keep stressing on things the way u want.

make sure she has prior experience with babies, speak with her pvs employers, spend a few days training her on hygiene etc, most important go by your instinct

since the kid is just 3 months...try entending your leave. If not gettin extension,hire a maid 15 days b4 u resume office so that you can train her & she can see how you take care of the baby. When you have hired her tell her to do everything for the baby & you just supervise her work. Cleanliness is to be taught to them repeatedly infact has to be pushed into their brains. Uff I had a tuff time training my maid.

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
