Hi Archie
How r u and how is advait.Archie i completed my 3 months after d&c but don`t feel like trying.I am thinking of waiting for another 2to 3 months and then will try.
I told my gynac in india about it she said that`s not a problem.Archie i really don`t want to go thru that again this time i want a healthy pregnancy.I am really feeling scared.I am taking this another 2/3 months gap to take proper care of my health and to prepare my heart for 2nd pregnancy.Archie i asked the doctor whether i shud take prenatal vitamins or folic acid b4 trying. She said to take folic acid and not prenatal vitamins.Archie what r this prenatal vitamins and in what sense do they help.
Archie is it ok if i wait for another2/3 months pls guide me and can u help me with the diet like what i shud eat and what i shud not.I really don`t want to take any chances this time.I want a healthy baby.Archie i hope i m not bothering u too much thanks in advance.
Love and blessings to Advait.God bless u and ur family
Bye and Take care

Dear Sangeeta,
YOu are not bothering me at all.

In fact you can try anytime now. But if you are not mentally prepared then go ahead and wait for another two-three cycles.
No, previous loss should not contaminate your mind too much. Each pregnancy is different and those who lead happy and healthy pregnancy are not guaranteed to have similar experience in subsequent pregnancies, just that chances to experience healthy pregnancy are two times higher than one who lost three in a row.

In your case fetus did not fully develope and there is no reason to think so much on various possibility. You won't know but thousands get pregnant and before they know they are pregnant they loose their baby. Keep this in mind.

Folic acid will help you avoiding any neural tube defects in forthcoming pregnancy. There is nothing wrong in eating Prenatal vitamins, they are basically blend of vitamins mixed at about optimal amounts during pregnancy. Eating them won't cause you trouble but there is also no need to eat when you are not pregnant. This is why your Indian OB/GYN suggested not to eat, not because it will have bad impact. Folic acid however is a good idea to eat before pregnancy also.

Try to include healthy diet. Fully cooked meal, home made:) EAt lot of vegetables, poultry and dairy. EAt whole grain breads if possible they are rich in folate and other B vitamins.

Hi Archie
Thank u very much.Your replies always relax me.I will really consider the diet which u have suggested.Archie regarding folic acid the indian gynac told me to start it b4 1 month whenever i will try to conceive and has told to continue atleast 2to 3 months of pregnancy. But archie if i don`t conceive in that first month is it alright to take folic acid till i get pregnant and another 2to 3 months in pregnancy.I will let u know from when i will start taking folic acid.
Love to advait and God bless u and ur family.Thank u very much
