can someone help me with adai dose recipe
i have tried once but dint turn out well

Hi manu,
here is the recipe.
1 cup rice
1 cup tuvar daal
1 cup channa daal
1 cup urad daal
1 cup moong daal

soak all the above for abt 4 to 5 hrs and then grind with some green chilli, 2 or 3 red chillies and some ginger. and then pour it like dosa. If u want u can add onion pieces to the batter. It will be very tasty with chutney or some chutney pudi

hi manaswini

making adai is so simply and also it taste soo great.
just do adai as i do:

1 cup - thuvar daal
1 cup - bengap gram
2 cup - idly rice

now soak these for 3 to 4 hrs.grind these above things with 2 or 3 red chilly and some pepper and salt.
Thats it.

it taste soo good.
