hi,
i'm a new mom of 10 week old baby boy. i had put on 45lbs during my pregnancy. after delivery i lost about 15lbs. and i started exercising after six weeks of my delivery.i'm doing aerobics,pilates and walk atleast a mile a day.
i haven't reduced any weight until now. i'm really watching what i'm eating. no more fatty food. i'm breastfeeding. i really want to reduce all that baby fat. i weighed 125lbs before my pregnancy.
what else can i do to reduce this stubborn fat.

hi ,
Putting on the weight after the delivary is quite common especially when u breast feed .so no need to worry as soon as u stop the breast feed then u will reduce ur weight weight almost automatically bocz when u breast feed u will also be hunger and eat more quantities of food and u have to take more food.so no need to worry.
so all the best for ur future life and kisses to ur child,
