Hi Rashmi -

Since your baby is 3 months, more then likely he/she will be sleeping the majority of the way. Here are things you will need and should do:
1) Speak to your doctor and make sure your baby is up to date on all immunizations.
2) Ask your doctor which medications you should take with you and for a copy of your baby's medical records to date.
3) Take plenty of medication, diapers, wipes and formula if you are using.
4) It is easier to breast feed on the plane but you want to make sure you are comfortable. It isn't easy nursing but it is easier for the baby. You can bottle feed, I did both. Remember to carry a couple of extra blankets, for the baby and for you to put on top of you when you are nursing.
5) Ask for the bulk head seat and a bassinet. Get to the airport early and tell them again you need a bassinet. It will make it easier for you when you are flying to have your baby sleeping in the bassinet rather then your arms.
6) The bathrooms have changing tables, so you will not have problems changing.
7) Take clothing that are comfortable for the baby and you. One pieces so it is easy to change the diaper. Take extra clothing in case of spit up or mishaps for you and the baby.
8) Remember to feed your baby when taking off and landing. The pressure can hurt the babies ears and make them very uncortable. They need to suck so nursing, bottle feeding or even a pacifer are good things, but they need to suck so their ears don't hurt.

Good luck.
