Hi uma (bfore u go for the long weekend off..do reply)
hoping u have some info/suggestion or anyone if they have reapplied.. was reapplying for rejected visa for my MIL. Need to know if in the application form I-134 they have asked if u have previously submitted this application before
do we say yes even though her application was rejected? or leave it as none...please clarify , have to send the papers to india.

Hi Radhika,
Well if the Embassy has returned the I-134 back to ur MIL which she submitted the frst time then u can submit the same but if not then in the fresh I-134 form u need to mention YES.
All the best for reapplying,will pray for her visa.Hope u too r doing fine.
If u have any further query do let me know and hey btw will b checking our message board during weekend also(can't stay without chkng).

Applying again with a shortened duration ,thought the visa center stamped previous applications..don't they? anyway have to reduce duration..thought since she didn't get approved can say none..anyway thanks for the reply.
