thought of calling today but remembered I have Newborn care class to go so may be tomorrow I'll try.
By the time I come from the class it might be 5pm so it'll be 8 for u guys so tomorrow I'll try.
talked to the nurse and she told to limit the carbohydrates to 3servings.
so either buttermilk or fruit but not both.

where u r living? We r in Bayarea,california. and our insurance is Kaiser they give some free classes like at8-16weeks nutrition class
18-22weeks Mid pregnancy class
32-36 Breastfeeding class
32-36 New born class
These are free from our hospital
check with your hospital if they provide any classes
or
some colleges provide these classes for fee like in our place Mission college provides all these classes (I think other colleges also) and lamaze classes (child birth classes) if possible take this class or u can watch videos available from library.
Heard after delivery the nurse 'll help u how to breast feed .
