saw yr post.i was just wondering whether yr dietician/nutritionist has recommended you a diet plan with no of meals n portion/serving size in a day for you.do let me know cos ive been give a size limit of each meal.

Hi dee,
yes they gave me meal portions here I'm giving what they gave me:
Breakfast: 2starch+protien(2-3/meal)
I'm eating 2 whole grian/whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
15min walk
snack: 11:30-- milk(8oz)+fruit

Lunch: 2starch+1fruit+vegetables(1/2 cup cooked or 1cup raw) +protien(2-3/meal)

I'm eating 2chapathi+fruit+veg
veg-- it may be curry / salad/raita
protien--- 1egg/1egg&1cheese/chicken/ fish/prawns/crab
1/2 walk
snack : 4:30pm
1starch & 1protien or nuts
crackers(5) & peanuts / almonds
or yogurt
snack: 6:30pm
1starch & 1protien/nuts
1bread & 1cheese (I prepare like sandwitch with lettuce and tomato) + tea
or
3cups popcorn & nuts
15min walk
Dinner 8-9pm:
same as lunch (mostly at (9:00pm I eat)
1/2 walk

11-11:30pm:
milk+1starch(bread)

dee this is what they gave me and maintaining almost.
Hey can u give me your no u said the no. has changed may be tomorrow I can try.
Morning fasting and after breakfast readings are normal.
