Name: noone hi all....i have this issue since long time....i always underistimate myself..eventhough i feel sometimes i m much much better than people around me.....just in general talk, i always talk down abt my self...please help me how to increase ones self esteem ?? so that evryone can respect .....thanks a lot in advance

dear noone,
The very first thing u shud do to increase ur self esteem is to stop talking down abt urself..Even if people dont feel down abt u ,if u speak down abt urself automatically that -ve feeling comes towards u...
U shud understand god has given someor the other blessing to each one of us.So dont ever start thinking -ve of urself...My der,all those who act smart may have a very sad side,so u try to bring up ur esteem by doing & behaving in a bold & +ve manner...
