dear all,
how have u all been feeling..i completed my 18th week today. so excited and waiting for the U/S on the 27th. i am a first time mom so maybe not many movements yet.Have started showing...how about you all..want to see my baby asap...
question for those of you who are working..how do you guys manage..by the time i reach home i am totally squeezed..i have backache.anyone else with the same backache problem..any solution?

Hi Reks,
I will also complete my 18th week on sunday. I have my U/S on 30th I am very excited to see my baby. I can feel the baby moves these days they are for little time but very nice feeling...I hope you must also be having it but may be not able to recognize..I also started showing up little...

For back pain you should always sit in good posture...Don't sit on couch try to sit on hard chai with feet up on something. At work also keep some footrest.Take frequest walks may be evry 2hrs. I also work and its really hard by the end of day.

Hi Reks
I am starting my 18 th week and i too have back ache , but not consistently ... be sure to sit in correct postures . I am also working ,eat something inbetween meals like fruits , that helps little bit .My belly has drastic changes since 2 weeks .But not showing much .I too have a US on 24 .Very excited .

Hi reks

I had backache too, now I keep a small pillow on the chair to support my lower back and that has helped a lot. I also use a small stool under the table to put my feet up. This helps the pain in my soles. My U/S is next week, looking fwd to it!
