Hi,

i am 31yrs old, mother of 4 year old boy, working in a pvt firm, i get up in the morning at 5.30 and start doing all my work and go to office and come back by 7 and dinner work etc and go to bed by 10.00, though i run and struggle at home, my work at office is like sitting at one place... my height is 5.5 and i weight 68 [which had occured after delivery, before delivery 55 only],thoughi am tall, my tummy, waist and butts are big, how to reduce this, i am planning to go for a morning walk for 20-30 mints, will that do, pls help me.

hi..im also a mother of a 1yr old kid.i also do all the regular house hold work but that only does not helo u anyway.
i think u better start with daily walks regulary.that will definitely help as i hv also started doing the same.dotn worry.take care.bye
