Health Issues:Eye check for kids as early as possible is a must

Name: swathi rajesh My Daughter who is now 6 years old is having a lazy eye problem. Actually it is always must for all the parents to get their kids eye checked at once before 5 years. she has one eye with good vision and and she is not utilizing her other eye for seeing. Thats why it started to slwly becaome a lazy eye. Thank god atleast now we found it. There is nothing to get panic but it is always better to get kids eye checked once. To rule out all possibilities and always prevention is better than cure. The early we get to know the problem it will be easy to cure .So please go for an eye check up for your kids at the earliest.

Hi,
Even my son has the same problem. He is 4.5 yrs old now. The problem was detected when he was 2. We observed a squint in one eye. He is wearing glasses since he was 2. Any cure you are aware of because he is not doing the patching which the doctors recommend.

This is an old thread but one thing no-one said was that exercise is important for gut motility. All the green veg and pear juice will be limited in their effectiveness if the kid isn't very physically active (just walking more and driving less helps!)
