hi friend

i have a 2.5years old daughter. Her birth weight was 1.9 kgs. Now she is 11 kgs.

please tell me if the food that i am feeding her currently more or less.

At 6.00 in the morning I give her a glass of carrot juice. At nine I give 1 big idli. At around 12.30 after her bath I give her one glass of milk with 4 almonds & 4 dates. Then in at around 3.30 I give her rice. THen I give her a glass of orange juice at 5.30p.m. Before she goes to bed at 8.30 I give her 1 dosa & a glass of milk with JUNIOR HORLICKS.

PLEASE SOMEONE ADVICE ME ABOUT THE DIET I AM GIVING HER.

seems gud but timing u need to change...brkfast shud b b4 8.30 am,lunch br 1.30 pm,dinner b4 8.30 pm..inbetween fruit juices n snacks..4 dates iz too much for anyone..2 dates n 2 almonds a day iz enough..if u feel that it shud b sweet can add chikoo fruit,apple banana etc..

me, don´ t try to be professional if you are not.
uma, please give your 2.5year old 4-5meals. she needs that.
also your times are great. but please add in meals instead of just juice or almonds.
thats all i can advice you depending on what i was adviced for my 3year old.
