hi hetal,
i have alraedy posted a message,am continuing here.what is the early symptom of cold,does it start with sneezing ?is vomiiting the severe stage of cold?is running nose a good sign that the cold can be removed during medication ...other than medicines can u suggest some home tips that can soothe my son.his cold & cough has got severe.

yes sneezing is the starting stage of cold. Whenever my baby catches a cold in the beginning itself before it becomes sever I give her medicine. THen there and then itself it goes away. i give her INDOMINIC DROPS very good for babies cold.

when she sleeps I switch off the fan and put some vicks in boiling water and keep it under her bed. THen I close all the windows and the doors in the room for 15 minutes. THe VAPOUR FROM THE STEAM GIVES HER LOT OF RELIEF. bY THE MORNING THE COLD VANISHES. ALSO APPLY SOME VICKS ON HER CHEST.

if ur babies nose is blocked put some salt in luke warm water andput 2 drops in each nose. DONT PUT THE BABY DIRECTLY UNDER THE FAN. THE CHEST SHOULD NEVER BE EXPOSED.

THIS SHOULD GIVE COMPLETE RELIEF TO UR BABY.....

RUSH HER TO THE DOCTOR IF THE COLD IS SEVERE......

Uma that was really helpful.since my kids cold is very severe medicine is taking a long time,his noses are reddish,always with running mucus...suffering a lot.inhaling vapour,wrapping well right from head to toe keeps him warm& better!
