Hi,

I will be travelling to India end of Apr with my 10 month old son. I wanted to know which seat would be comfortable to opt for(like the first row window or the aisle). I am on the west coast and have to fly via Spore. When I am looking for tickets I see that almost all the airlines have a long wait in 1 or 2 airports. I am really worried about this. If anybody have already travelled to India before, please let me know how will it go. Or else I am trying to fly with Lufthansa via Frankfort. This will be a lengthy one and expensive too but not much stay over. Also if anyone is from Bangalore or travelled to Blr, please let me whether I can find Gerber food -veggies and fruits and if so where.

I travelled to Mumbai(via Lufthansa/Frankfurt) with my 10 month old baby couple 6 months back. She did well in flight aswell on airport. Only on our way back she had cold so could not sleep in flight. I took first row aisle seat and it was comfortable. I had a bassinet seat too for my baby. She slept well in it. Aisle seat is comfortable since we have to use restrooms to chnage our babies diaper. Gerber food is available in India but its way too expensive. Its better to carry from U.S. I carried them all from here.
In general, my trip went on well..I gave only boiled water to my baby. I did not take her out much..She enjoyed being at home with grandparents.

Good luck and have a wonderfull trip.
