Somehow everybody at my work is saying my baby is going to be 10lbs...as per my freinds and family my belly doesn't look that big. I am little concenerd about the comment made by my co-workers this really upsets my day, Since I want baby to be healthy and have normal delivery. Does the bigger belly is always a sign of big baby??? need suggestion/comment.

Thanks

Hi payal,

People are always ready to give free adivce . Dont listen to them. Just chill. as archie says let the situation decide abt ur delivery. Normal delivery is always better.

and let me tell u one thing my friend had a very big stomach and like archie said people were sure that she is carrying twins and they also said that she will definetly have a c section as her baby is huge. nothing of that kind happened. she had a vaginal birth and her baby was 2.8 kgs. not that heavy too.

so dont worry abt it.

don't worry.
the best close accurate measure if an ultrasound.
I was always mistaken for twins based on my tummy size, I knew I had a singlet and many used to say then a huge baby but I knew it was of normal size.

By the way who does not want to have Vaginal birth. I think everyboyd wants!

Do not be adament on delivery option let the circumstance decide.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
