Hi,i am a working woman from metro city. i am putting on lot of weight, dont know what is the reason..i know in today' s world body fitness is very important, but i dont get time for gym. please give suggestions how do i loose weight??sud i skip my dinner??

2) Never miss Breakfast
3) Ditch cola and sugar
4) Try flat tummy water
5) Drink more water
6) Reduce oil and ghee
7) No eating out
8) Fruits daily

Hi,

You need not skip your dinner other wise it effects on your biological activities. So you can follow simple tips for example, early sleep & early wake up! It is the foremost thing in globalization days because this is main effecting factor in everyone' s life style.Second one is to reduce your in-taking calories other wise you should do regular excessive for fat burning. If you skip it, then the excessive energy might be stored in the form of fat in muscles.So try to follow these simple tips everyday. The logic is whatever calories you take that should be utilized by work outs. If not then you become obesity sooner.

DONT start missing dinner. Instead, alter your dinner menu to include soups and salads. These are filling and highly nutritious, and keep you nourished without the extra calories after sunset

Try a home trainer? They come to your house thrice a week usually, and at a time convenient to you. I find this VERY effective, since the problem of being lazy and bunking gym doesnt arise when your trainer is ringing your doorbell at 6 in the morning

Try drinking a cup of green tea twice a day. Great for boosting metabolism and detoxification.

Following a proper diet is the only way you can try and stay fit without exercise. Eat five small meals a day, low in caloric count, and high and fibre. Snack on roasted nuts, papad, digestive biscuits etc to keep your metabolism up.
