Feeding:How many ounces at 10 months?

My son is 10 months and weighs only 16 pounds. I have started to wean him from breastfeeding, how many ounces of formula should he be eating? He is not a big eater! Any advice?

Doctor recomend 24 -32 oz of milk for babies from 9-12 months.
If your son has solid foods thrice and takes yoghurt too then 20oz should be good enough.
