Hi,
My son is 2.6 yrs and hasn't really picked up words. Though he keeps muttering and only uses\";Mum\"; for anything. I ws told that he might have a hearing problem...which I have ruled out since he reponds to my speech.
He sucks his thumb..doesnt inform about toilet calls..he is extremly aggressive and though likes children stays away and watches or just pushes them.
I have been through a mojor surgery so couldnt give him much time...dont know what to do???

We are posted in such a place where we don't have day care...however I have put him in a school kinds which has pre nursery....:-( Nott helping...looking forward supriyasanoj replied. My son is 2.5 years old.he wasnt speaking a single word..not even amma till he was 2.i have a daughter too.she is 1 so i wasnt able to give enough time for him.so our pediatrition suggested to leave him in daycare.just for couple of hours a day.not there is lot of improvement.though he is not speaking in sentence.he picked up few words.so try it.he will also enhoy playing with kids.because in daycare they wont allow to hurt other kids and more than listening to us our kids will listen to them.he may cry intially.but later he will surely enjoy.
