i have back problem and cant sit for long in office.. is there any suggestion??how to control the pain??

Sitting for long hours in office in front of the office causes strain on the back. The best way to avoid pain is yoga and meditation and try getting up and taking a little walk after every one hour or so.

One should try to exercise regularly.Also try and add more calcium in your diet.

my mom also has calcium problem so i give her calcium sandoz women and women's horlicks those really worked or try to get medicines which improve calcium in ur body. and do exercise or yoga daily. it really helps.

Make sure you have a correct posture.
If you slouch a lot, there is unnecessary pressure exerted on your cervical spine, and your lower back. This much stress is not healthy for such a delicate spinal structure. Good luck though!

Do you sit in a comfortable chair? Uncomfortable chairs are horrible for the back - especially during long durations.

I agree with Antara. Yoga is a sure-shot way to feel better. Make sure you have a certified teacher though.

Hi Yashoda!

You need to do a couple of basic back stretches every day. When you wake up, stretch your arms above your head, slowly extending your body to the maximum. This is very beneficial for the spine
