Name: ritika I am 21 yrs and my height is 5'0''. My weight is just 35kg. I did check up of my body but nothing wrong with it. Dr. gave me Ensure Protein powder that i m using since month but not much difference. I do walk for 30 min daily and do yoga tell me what to do, to gain some weight n fat in body?
Plz help me i will be very thankful to u.

It depends on person to person body.
Unless u r teeeling me more things in detail,it will be of no use.
Loosing weight/gaining wgt difffere from person to person.
