Hi ladies,
i have started my gym from today and i m on diet from today. is anyone joining in the process. my diet plan is
7am- tea(with sugar and milk 150 ml)
9am- special k-Kellogg
11am- green tea and two biscuits
1pm- oats 2 cups with veg
3pm-green tea and one apple
5pm-tea
7pm- green tea and 2 biscuits
9pm-2 roti/curry
