Please can anyone suggest me moong dal,suji recepies for my 18 month old daughter.

Hi everyone,you can also roast suji in alil bit of ghee and add jagery for sweetening it keep adding water or milk to cook and stirring. add water and milk as required to keep the right consistency as per the taste of your child.

Moong dal and palak
Soak yellow dal for 2 hours.You can take less than half katori of dal for 4 cups of shredded palak.Put alittle oil and heat add jeera and garlic flakes put the palak and add salt.cover and cook till it is almost done.than add the soaked dal discarding the water.let it cook.if your childis unable it this mash it and give him.

Moong dal pancake;

Soak the dal(yellow) for 1/2 hr, and if the dal(green ) soak for 4 hours then grind it put salt, haldi, and make like a dosa and greese little ghee on it, when u grinding put 1 green chilly it become more tasty.

Moong dal khichdi

1 cup of rice and 1 cup moongdal salt and haldi, in a presssure cook upto 4 whistle.

I am quite busy at work, so I can't give the receipes at this time. But you can just search from the internet, just put the name of the receipe in google (or any) search engine and you will get lots of different receipe for the same item. Hope this helps.

You can make plain moong dal, moong dal with turai (very nutritious), moong dal halwa.
Sooji - you can make upma, rava idli, rava halwa, porridge, rava dosa, rava dokla, etc. In fact even I would welcome more receipes for my 16 months old daughter.
