I learnt am expecting two weeks back...was not planned and news hit like a thunder. Now, am having some complications too like spotting and non-ending nausea symptoms. I am not able to deliver my work properly and feeling terribly depressed for I dunno if bleeding may end in a misacarriage...too many things at a time.
I feel so lonely today...
Can anyone advise

Hey Girl,
I can understand how you feel about your present status. I was waiting to get pregnant,but even then when the news hit me. I was shocked for such a long time.
We are just fed with happy stories of pregnancy. Noone tells us about the hormonal changes. One moment we want to cry the other we want to be throwing things(kidding!!)
Just try and keep yourself relaxed and happy. Read good books (Dr.Spock for eg) and meditate. Listen to good music and think of how you will deal with future months.
Even though it is a day to day thing right now, believe me second trimester gets so much better. & once you see your baby in Ultra sound everything makes sense!!
Dont do any hardwork and eat light healthy food.
Try to take some days off from work or work from home.After you break the news down the lane they will understand. Good luck!

Hi Pratibha,
That si just the way I feel, its like I want to cry every now and then and some other time I just wish I was not pregnant. Regarding my work, unfortunately, I cannot take days off at this peak time. Still I have already reduced my work load.
As you said,it's a day to day thing right now.
Thanx again, I am eager to see next 4-5 weeks fly smoothly.

though it was unplanned but now there is life inside u. be happy and lenjoy the most precious and never returning time of ur life. small problems come at times so do consult and regularly visit ur gynco. dont feel depressed as we all stand by each other in our testing times. take good fruits, plan a weekend out to refresh urself and take medication for nausea after consulting ue gynae. it will stop in a few days time now. if u still feel depressed then check out some cute kids photos on internet, kids cloth, baby care or put up ur comments on this site.
i hope u give me atleast one biiiigggggggg smile after reading this mail.

I am on medication regarding nausea but does not help much. In any case, thanx for ur message, it helps lots.
