Hi ,

My son is 20 mos old and has some staining on his upper front teeth . It's brownish and seems transparent. He's taking ayurvedic medicine called balamritham - could this be the cause ? Doc says it's excess iron . But I am not giving him any iron supplements - I give him visyneral vitamin drops and shelcal but these don't have iron in them. Anyone have a similar problem ? I am brushing his teeth , though only once a day at night.

Hi,

My son has the same tooth issue, but his is lower. His doctor said to take him to take him to dentist for flouride cleaning, or it might be cavities since he was falling asleep with bottle.

Hi,
My son has the same problem.But since the stains are small and we are not giving anything that causes decay or stains, My Doc has advised us not to do anyting about it and let it get cured itself.
I too believe this is a small issue and shuld be left to get cured on its own.
