Hi all,

My baby will 1 year in april and I am in US. I would appreciate if any of u can give me some ideas (novel) to celebrate my baby's first bday. we could not go to India but would love to do best of what we can to make this a great day for us and our baby. thanks in advance.

Have Balloons/Jokers dress and kids toys to be played by Adults and if any kids there Kid will love it and it will be different since all adults will be Kid for a day Best of luck & light Music Please

we r in california and going to celebrate our daughters first birthday next week.we r planning for a partyin our home calling our friends.
planning to have princess theme.
u too can have theme birthday party.we got coloured sheets printed as 1st birthday and in our printer printed our baby photo and prepared the invitation.
so many websites are there for ideas.hope you have a great birthday party for ur baby.

Hi amma,

My son will be turning 1 this April as well. I am American...and my husband is from India, but we both have lots of family here. So, we will be having his party in the banquet hall of an Indian restaurant. My son does not have many kiddie friends yet, so this will be mostly (hungry) adults (hahahaha).

If you don't have much family around here, maybe you and your husband and baby can go on a weekend trip somewhere fun for the baby.
