Hi Sanjana,

I haven't been advised against traveling, with the exception of late in my last trimester. Even when my doctor did advise me not to (I traveled by car in January and was due in April), I still did...but she said to make sure I take breaks every hour and walk around.

Have you asked your doctor yet?

Cha! = )

Sanjana,

I am in my 10th week and mine is a travellling job. I asked my doctor if I can travel by air. She told me that it is ok if it is less than 2 hrs. If it is more than 2hrs also she said I can travel but she asked me to get up every 2 hrs and walk around and stretch.

I heard that every pregnancy is different, so please consult you doctor too.
Hope this helps,
Bye
Siri

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

hi
So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
