Three simple tips to avoid belly fat-
*Take a smaller plate next time you sit for meals ,so you' ll eat lesser .
*Do not drink lots of water or other drinks in between or after meals,it makes your belly sag.Instead drink enough water before meals ,so you' ll again eat lesser.
*Give atleast 2 hours of time for your stomach to digest your dinner before going to bed.So if you are sleeping at 10 eat before 8.Sleeping at 11? eat before 9.
Most importantly ,during nights we' ve lesser metobolism,and hence slow digestion.So its always good to avoid heavy food like rice or heavy oily items.Instead try chapatis with lots of curry and curds.
Happy flat bellies in 2010.

Hi and first of all a happy 2010 for you all..
the plan given by pp is awesome ..
I would like to add what i read the other day on the net... it said that proper diet plan along with adequate physical activity will help surely in losing weight... physical activity can be anything from walking to jogging to even dancing... the entire funda of weight loss lies in the fact that all the extra calories that are consumed should be burnt....
Suryanamaskaara is very much preferred for belly fat reduction....
