Hello frds....

I am in a delima.... and not able to take the decision... plz give me ur valueable advice...
My prob is ...

I am working 5 days (off very close to my home 2km) and my 14 months onld baby goes to creche which is also 2 kms away frm my home but in diff direction so van comes to pick him up....

In day time on and off i go to creche (surprise visits) to check my baby .... as what he is doing... weather they are paying attention to him or not..... till now you can say i m not very happy with the creche as whenever i go in between
1) i find babies are risticted to one tiny room although play school is running in the mor.... but for creche children that room is there world.....
2) earlier there were two aayaas and one clearner... snow one aaya has left and there are almost 10 children in there 2or 3 must be toddlers.... so i thing not sufficient staff is there...
3) MOST IMPORTANLY.... whenever i go there i find the ower (principle) is always upstairs at her home and never find her present to supervise the aaya' s... she says even if she is up satirs she watches aaya' s activies thru CCTV camera ....

NOW I HAVE AN OTHER OPTION..... there are creche near to my home..... this is financially in a problem so asking me to leave my baby ... she will take care and assured me that she only accept 3-4 child in future and so that she can take proper care of each and every cild... AS OF NOW THERE IS NO CHILD THERE!!!

if my baby goes there than
1) he will not get any comapny of his own age.... and in same age grp children EAT & play easily

2) other prob like she doesn' t have potty chair ...
3) She doesn' t have any maid or aaya... so side by side she will do her gousehold work!!!

4) Only Plus point is that my baby will not be restricted to one tiny room.... plus he will get a homely atomesphere...

5) Is it possible that being a only child there he will be looked after more....

One thing i will accept here that even after going in crehe there is no prob to my baby realted to health.... only when i say lets sleep he immediately goes off to sleep.... which is really bothering me as how they are treating him at creche

SECOND OPTION IS...

i will wait till my baby turns 2 ys and put him in agood pre school like mothers pride (where i hope they must be taking a better care of little one).... bec my hubby says don' t change his creche now as he has become little use too of this creche (going there frm last 4 months) and he eats there in the company of same age grp

PLz Plz Plz frds tell me what to do.... plz give me ur valuable suggestion.....


Krushna replied. I think you need not change the creche. Ur baby needs socilalising now and he will be more happy in bigger creche. Also he is 14 months , so can ask for a few things by words, like water, food, etc. So dont worry much. Baby will be happier if there is consistency in babysitting place, it will feel secure. Also he will know other things like sharing, playing, talking, etc.
