Hi my mom is a house wife and is quite fit. Its all about how you work. You need not always compare a working women with a housewife. I would say housewife works more than a working women.

Housewives tend to gain weight as they usually don't get to exercise much. The house hold work are a exercise for them but sometimes it is not enough and even they should do something like for example they can go for a 45 mins walk.

Hello All,
For people who stay home there is a chance of doing exercises because if they do all works with out any maid physically and not by machines it is good for their health only.I shared what i know.

"Excercises for woman is often suggested in a way of doing household work, The elders suggest do all the house work as it is the exercise for a pregnant woman. Its not so .
Yoga , mild walks, Breathing patterns and many more are the real exercise for the pregnant woman "
