I think I felt some false contractions last night... I woke up in pain in the middle of the night.. my stomach got really tight too... I did what my child birth instructor asked us do (went to the restroom , drank water and walked around a bit) and it went away..
This info really helps.. thank you so much...
Also, I was told that the water breaking and the us losing the mucous plug might happen over a few days rather than they being a gush of blood& mucous or water......So I sure am worried that I might not recognize them.....

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
