gymming is a must for every1 guys.... come on, u have one life, physique, is very important today. if ur fat you loose girls and u loose in office also.... y not????? gyms today r not even expensive... u cn easily find good rates and all dat.... i have gone to gyms for many many years now... and ya injuries can happen a lot..... u must learn to respect weights.... u must lissn to the trainer also... most people in the gym dont lisn to the trainer.... what is he there for. dont think go join a gym today!

nice article as a checklist for safety. gymmers like me did enquire a LOT before moving to the weights section. even now i mostly do cardio and all that, because i' m still scared of dumbbells. this may be because those heavy weights are scary! but still, with a trainer you can just trust him to be there.my gym trainer is very smart and has worked out a good regime for me to follow, and he always supervises weight workouts.

Gymming is the best thing on earth!!!! i love gymming and everybody must do it. After all six-pack abs are the almost mandatory nowadays! But it isn' t that easy, i have been trying to get them for almost 3 months now. And yeah, safety can be an issue because people dont take weight lifting seriously. You have to warm up extensively! If you dont warm up, you' ll surely hurt yourself. And let' s not even go into hygiene. A lot of members in my gym aren' t very hygienic... how difficult is it to shower after you finish your workout???
