Hi Jaya, Have you been breastfeeding your daughter? Is someone else available to give your daughter a bottle? She will probably do best if you are nowhere in sight.

When I had to return back to work, I was forced to give my daughter a bottle. Though it was breastmilk, my daughter would refuse it if I was in the same room as she was. If I was out or maybe in some other room, she would take the bottle.

Running the bottle nipple under warm water might be of help. Also, you might want to plan a feed session when she is not too hungry or not too fussy.

If nothing works, try changing the bottle nipple (My daughter would accept Dr Brown's bottle nipples).

Good Luck. Let me know how things go.

Jaya,
If u r breastfeeding, pump your milk and put in bottle. when the baby is hungry give the bottle with YOUR milk.Am sure she will take.Dont put formula at the first step.
if this doent work, then u shd try with diffrent nipples.may be the nipple using may not be OK with her.Try with DrBrowns...it has big base so baby thinks its breast :-).let me know if it works out.
Good luck
Maha
