Hi to all

anyone there has 17 mths babies, let's all of us share their developmental and their eating habits
well my daughter who has just turned 17 mths having problem in feeding, still going on mushy food and refuse semi solid, her milk intake is tremendously reduced, she is 78cm and 11.5 kgs. i think she is small for her age.

but when she comes to developmental, she is speeding !!!!!!
she can walk ,run and climb and says words more than 40 words (of course not in full sentence but words like: shoes/water/ball/quack/eyes.... )and understands more than 100 words.

she is very fussy over food and not a obedient child. shows tantrums openly and cries out loud
does anyone out there has same problem !!!!! pls share

take care
radhaiera

hi radha,
I am Manju.I think u remember. How is your daughter? My daughter is very naughty now.If she is angry she will throw what is in her hand.As far as her eating she is a fussy eater.when she was 16 months she weighed only 9 kgs.Now i didn't check her weight.

What language do u speak to your baby.English or mother tongue?I am confused. I want her to speak both.

i guess we should be really patient in dealing with babies tantrums. Most of the time I ignore later when my baby is calm i pick her up and cuddle her.i think I am not spoiling her.I am looking for a job now.I don't know how she will settle with baby sitter?

Thats it for now.

Regards
Manju.
