Working Mother:IBM moms, Urgent!!!!

I am a s/w professional with a 2 year old son. I am working in a company with an onsite day care center. But I am not very happy with the daycare center. I have recently been offered a position from IBM with flexible work options. Just wanted to know how it is for working mothers. I really need to decide fast!! Please, Please, Any input will help!!!

I heard that they r recruiting for their hebbal office.. is it close to ur place ?..
And also heard that they give work from home options and flexible timings...
do u work on mainframes..

btw i am not working at ibm.. ... but ibm is close to my residence.. so in two minds.. whether to apply or not.. :))

Are you sure that they are moving to Hebbal? Bcos then I can just reject the offer as it is really far for me. When I told them that I want the Inner Ring Road office, they told me it should´ nt be a problem.

i think getting into the inner ring road office wud be difficult.. as they r planning to move from there 2 hebbal completely.. thatz what i heard..
i stay close to the hebbal office.. so thatz an attraction for me

Pls advice.
I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
