hi mathu,
i dont knw whether u will get the tarla dalal book in singapore. i got it frm india recently. u can ask somebody to book post to u frm india. it shouldnt cost much.
i am staying in jalan sultan as my hubbys office is very near ( in concourse if u know the building). as abt hougang , nope i dont think we will shift there anymore. do u come this side? must be coming to mustafa- its a 10 mins walk frm my house.
thanks for the pauls curd advice- i am using amul gold as pauls curd is very diff to set.
mathu please tell me how u make ragi? i got it and tried to make by adding frmula and then boiling adding more water but it had a lot of lumps. do u add anything to it like salt? i t asted it and it was not very appetising- does it taste like this only?

ok, fine. i will make it send the book from india. thanks a lot.

actually, my previous workplace was concourse. it was the chotta company i worked for when i came to singapore. its been 5 years after that.
i also know jalan sultan well. good.......nice to hear from u.

u might need to boil the ragi mixed in cold water and add whole milk or formula to it. thats it, its ready.
i sometimes add sugar to it, but its not really needed, since ragi has got natural sweetness.
