Body and Fitness:Reduce tummy.

Hi. I am 30 and the mother of 2 kids. After delivery I had gained ample kilos and recently when my kids started school I started exercising.
I take a brisk walk in the morning fora an hour on a empty stomach. Since this alone didn't help much, I took on the South Beach Dietwhich has again helped me loose weight but my tummy doesn't seen to have reduced. While both the above are supposed to help me first to reduce the tummy, I am disappointed. All the walking has reduced my butt and dieting my waist but nothing helps my tummy. Please help.

Tried doing crunches/situps? I started out strecthing everyday b4 I do them , if your new to them, start out with about 5, then the next day 10, then 20 when you feel ready, and keep continuing to do them every day..has helped me with my tummy alot

after delivery tummy takes sometime to go.dieting is not a solution for tummy.do swimming if possible.use tummy belt(tie as hard as you can)when at home.lie straight on carpet or bed,then bend your knees and move both legs as fast as possible.it looks like you are cycling in dreams.
